I would be willing to bet that the person in the far left lane is traveling at the speed limit, and will continue to do so without changing lanes no matter how much traffic piles up behind them.

That stretch of road from Brandon to the 275 interchange is a free-for-all.
It is very lightly patrolled, and yes, you will see drivers locked into the passing lane going 50 mph, and drivers weaving in and out of traffic at 95 mph, and everything in between.

Never ever use a signal when changing lanes . . . . it is a sign of weakness!
