Happy Easter and yes I'm back from the White House. Had to load all that money up with a brinks and drive back to Pensacola.

We're going easter egg hunting tomorrow w/ my 6 yr old granddaughter.

They do. My other granddaughter will be leaving for college in the summer.

We're having the kids over for dinner on Sunday.

My daughter and I both cried our eyes out when we both flew from Japan and I left her at college in Florida. We were both so pitiful, lol. But those 4 years went so quickly, even faster than her time in high school.

Joani, are you throwing eggs up on the roof tomorrow?   

So do I. I wish I could go back and do it all again now. I wouldn't take those days for granted now.

Lol.....no I don't hide the eggs anymore.

She was going to my alma mater in Troy but decided to go to school in Ga. where she got a baseball scholarship. 6 hrs. away!

I miss having little ones during the holidays. I have to eat all the Easter candy myself!   

My grandson spent the night last night. I went ahead and boiled the eggs and let him color a few. He is going back home this morning and then they are all coming back over tomorrow for a big luncheon and Easter egg hunt.

Its the first Easter with my granddaughter.

I will be hiding regular eggs, money eggs and eggs with little notes in them that either tell you some silly thing you have to do or one that allows you to pick anyone to tell them some silly thing they have to do. I call it money or funny eggs. Its fun and funny.

And Neko, why does Joanie toss eggs on the roof? lol

Life is full of challenges.....just like my Easter Egg Hunts. Children need to learn to work for what they want.

The robins are back building their nests and I'm going to go see all my grandchildren Sunday...

Here it is. hope today is a good day for y'all. mine will be. Both my grandbabies will be over in a bit. Going to get my youngest daughter to help with the potato salad. We are eating a nice lunch, hunting eggs, playing some games and swimming in the pool.

btw, I still make each of my kids a easter basket. Yes, even the adults.

Well I think I will watch my movie again today . . . THE GREATEST STORY EVER TOLD. Takes me back to 1962-63 when I worked for thirteen months on location in the desert making an epic film . . . . what an adventure!
